Sudoku ("the app") is a single-player puzzle game with an optional online daily leaderboard. We respect your privacy and collect only what's needed to provide gameplay features. There are no ads, no third-party analytics, and no tracking.
On-device only (never sent off your device):

We never collect your email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, biometric data, or advertising identifiers.
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
The only third parties that receive any data are infrastructure providers strictly required to run the leaderboard:
This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The whole game can be played offline with nothing sent to our servers. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep your leaderboard data while your account is active. If you request deletion, or if your account is inactive for 24 months, the associated server-side data is erased.
Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Server-side data is stored in an encrypted database. Submissions are validated server-side so tampered results are not accepted.
We may update this policy as the game evolves (for example, if optional Game Center sign-in is added later). We will not retroactively reduce your rights. When material changes are made, the "Effective" date above will update.
