Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Settings (or the Shop) in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your Supporter unlock and any level unlocks will be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID. (Consumable items like magnet packs are delivered once and are not restored, but they sync with your progress.)

How do I remove the ad prompts?

Ads are optional — you only ever see them if you choose to watch one for a bonus. The one-time Supporter purchase removes all ad prompts and auto-claims your rewards.

How do I sync my progress across devices?

Sign in with Game Center (you'll be prompted at first launch, or enable it in Settings). Your level, unlocks, stats, and awards then follow you across all your devices automatically.

How do the Daily Challenge and leaderboards work?

Everyone gets the same board each day. Clear it as fast as you can to climb the daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards. Playing every day keeps your streak alive.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account to permanently remove your online profile, scores, and synced data. You can also email support@ahm-technology.com to request deletion.

The game isn't working / I found a bug.
